As a licensed home inspector, I’m certified by the American Home Inspector Training Institute (AHIT) and am a member in good standing of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) and the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI). I continually strive to maintain my knowledge of current standards and practices so that I can offer you a complete and comprehensive inspection.

My unique inspection process is more than just a thorough evaluation of your new home from top to bottom.  I begin each inspection with a brief discussion about what’s most important to you regarding your home and to what extent you plan on performing your own maintenance.

 

My inspection is not only a process of evaluating the condition of the homes major elements; such as structure, electrical, plumbing, and heating and air conditioning.  It’s also a process intended to provide an educational experience for you, so you can learn all about your new home and how to maintain it to maximize its value and your return on investment.
